The Rose Hydrosol Pore Refining Toner from Vanessa Megan is a certified organic pure rose hydrosol made from the highest quality Bulgarian organic roses. The hydrosol is not made from water and essential oils like others do, the roses are used from their initial form purely to make the hydrosol.
