Essential Oil Blends for Focus & Clarity

Sometimes when you're studying or working and you need some extra focus or clarity with the task ahead, certain aromas can assist in shifting how you're feeling and thinking. Our favourite blends are the Focus blend from Lively Living that contains lemon, rosemary, geranium, peppermint and sage. For kids over the age of 2, their A+++ Kids blend for mental clarity and attention uses lemon, eucalyptus, spearmint, bergamot, rose and jasmine and should be diffused in short bursts when needed and not continuously.
