The length of time changes with each brand and product. If you would like to know the warranty of a product prior to purchase, please either visit the manufacturers website or contact us and we can provide you with the details.

What’s covered under warranty?

Products are covered for manufacturing defects for the specific coverage period for that product. Accidental damage and commercial use are not covered under warranty.

What happens when I need to make a claim?

Please contact us using the warranty claim form on this page outlining the specific issue with your product.

We will assess the issue and either provide a replacement (full product or faulty component) or arrange to have the product repaired. We do not provide refunds for faulty items unless they cannot be replaced or repaired as per Australian consumer guidelines.

Some brands deal with consumers directly for warranty claims. In this instance, we will provide you with the relevant information and ensure you have a copy of your proof of purchase.

My item was damaged in transit

Any product damaged in transit will be replaced. Please reply to your original order email with a description and photograph of the damage and it will be replaced or refunded if we can't replace it.

Chocolate melting in transit

We do not ship chocolate in cold storage. It's too expensive. In warmer weather, chocolate can melt in transit and we do not cover this under warranty. Please be mindful of the weather when ordering chocolate. We do not accept returns, replacements, refunds, credits or warranty claims on chocolate melted in transit.
