EcoVessel are a USA based brand who specialise in water bottles for hydration. They are a premium brand who invest in product development to provide superior performance both in insulation and the design and performance of their lids. With the planet in mind, they are a member of 1% for the Planet and also provide lid and accessory replacement options so you can get the maximum life out of your Eco Vessel bottle.

The range includes triple insulated stainless steel water bottles that are suitable for both hot and cold drinks (depending on the lid you choose), and lightweight BPA Free plastic bottles. The bottles with the straw lids are suitable for cold drinks only, regardless of whether the bottle is insulated or not. Sizes in the EcoVessel water bottle collection range from kids bottles at 355ml right through to 2 litre insulated growlers which are perfect for work sites, picnics, festivals and more.

We love their WANDERWARE cutlery sets, which are stainless steel utensils (knife, fork, spoon) along with a pair of stainless steel chopsticks, stainless steel straw with a silicone safety tip and cleaning brush. They are packed away nice and flat in a zippered sturdy fabric pouch so they’re easy to carry.

Stainless Steel Bottles are TriMax Insulated

Most insulated water bottles we sell are 2 layers of stainless steel with a vacuum insulation between the two layers, which provides the insulation. Vacuum insulation can keep drinks both hot and cold, and it’s the lid that determines whether it’s appropriate for hot insulation. TriMax is triple insulation. There are still 2 layers of stainless steel, but the inner layer of stainless steel is coated with copper to provide added insulation, giving an unrivalled level of temperature protection when compared with double insulated bottles. The lids on The Boulder series bottles also have insulation in the lid to provide an extra level of temperature retention that most other brands simply don’t provide.

What are the lid options on the EcoVessel water bottles?

Great water bottle brands put serious design and innovation into their lids, and EcoVessel have this covered. The BOULDER bottle lid has two threads that can be undone. The wide mouth opening, which is 5.3cm wide, holds a tea strainer and is large enough for ice cubes and to use the bottle for a warm chunky soup, but this wide mouth is awkward to drink from directly and because it’s stainless steel, could be hot to the touch. Enter the second thread which reveals a silicone covered drinking spout 2cm in diameter. The cover for this lid is attached to the bottle so you can’t lose it. The inside of this lid is either silicone or stainless steel, so there’s no plastic touching your water or hot drink. The BOULDER lid is suitable for both hot and cold insulation.

The SUMMIT straw lid with a silicone straw inside the bottle gives convenient drinking on the run for cold drinks. You will find this lid on insulated stainless steel water bottles and also the BPA Free lightweight tritan bottles. The threads on the BOULDER and the SUMMIT lids are identical, so they can be changed between bottles. The PERK lid is a cafe cap style lid that is available and also shares the same thread size. While not currently stocked, we can special order them in along with replacement lids and silicone seals.

Fruit infusions right in the bottle

The BOULDER bottles come with a removable stainless steel strainer. You can use this to hold back ice cubes so they don’t block the drinking spout, hot or iced tea or create fruit infusions. Simply put chopped up fruit in the bottle with some ice and place the strainer back in the bottle. You will enjoy naturally fruit flavoured water without the added sugar found in commercial products at a fraction of the cost.
