This raw cold extracted 30+ MGO honey is a BUDGET FRIENDLY a superfood packed with antioxidants, polyphenols, flavonoids, enzymes and vitamins and minerals. This whole food honey is a great replacement for processed sugar as it is LOWER GI and offers the benefits of health boosting bioactive compounds. This honey is also a PREBIOTIC which supports the growth of good gut bacteria. The FLAVOUR is unique to the coastal forests of the Northern Rivers Region. It is softer flavour than a New Zealand Manuka but a more earthy than our culinary varieties. Perfect morning and night as an everyday healthy treat.
