The cream comes in a metal tube. When squeezed from the end, the product in the tube (except for the small part on the very end) never comes in to contact with the air. This helps to keep the product safe and bacteria free right up to the expiry date, regardless of how long you've had it open for.
How to use - (adults and children) gentle massage a small amount of Arnica cream in to affected areas three to four times a day in the acute stages and then twice daily as the condition improves (or as directed by your health care professional).
