Natracare Maxi Pads are thick, long and cushioned for secure comfort and effective absorption. They do not have wings, but instead have a long strip of glue to hold them in place. Like the Ultra Extra pads, they have a double absorbent cellulose core, a certified organic cotton cover and the waterproof backing is plant based. There is NO plastic, NO perfumes or dyes, NO chlorine and they are both biodegradable and compostable.
