Living a healthy life? Our food category is not a full service healthy food selection. Years ago we would sell hundreds of jars of coconut oil a month. Now it's available in your supermarket and we don’t stock any. Our food category specialises in food that's hard to find in supermarkets. We have some very strict criteria about the type of food we sell. ZERO artificial colours, ZERO artificial flavours, ZERO artificial sweeteners, ZERO preservatives and absolutely no MSG.

If you have allergies, food that is specifically labelled Gluten Free on the packaging should have been made in a facility that excludes this ingredient. When we have information from the manufacturers about ‘gluten free facility’ for example, we will put that information in the description. We are not allergy specialists and urge anyone with a specific allergy to do their own research.
