OmieBox was first to market with their bento lunch box that can carry both hot and cold food inside the lunch box. Designed with toddlers in mind, it’s easier to open than most and has 3 to 4 compartments depending on whether you use the divider.
OmieBox V2.0 is a unique bento box designed to hold both hot and cold food at the same time. Sized for young children and toddlers, it was not only made to hold both hot and cold food, but it was made to be easily opened by small hands. The OmieBox comes with a leakproof seal to keep each compartment leakproof separately and spares are available if you need to replace it.
ABOUT OMIEBOX INSULATION
The entire bento box is 2 layers of BPA Free plastic giving a small amount of cold insulation. The insulated food jar can keep food hot up to 6 hours. Because it's such a small food jar, to get the best insulation, preheat it with boiling water from the kettle and ensure you fill it with food. Filling it with soup (for example) will give better results than chunkier hot food with air pockets. For cold insulation for the rest of the food, we recommend the use of an insulated lunch bag with an ice pack.
ABOUT EACH COMPARTMENT in the OmieBox
- Left Compartment 17 x 5.5 x 5cm (approx) will hold the OmieBottle (bought separately) and comes with a removable divider so you can turn it in to 2 compartments if you want to
- Top Right Compartment 11 x 5.5 x 5cm (approx)
- Bottom Right Compartment 11 x 11 x 5cm - can be used without the insulated flask
