Lemongrass is a tall plant with a subtle citrus flavour that is used in Asian cooking. As a food, it helps to promote healthy digestion. The essential oil is known for purifying and toning qualities and is often used as one of the essential oils in natural skin care formulations. It is also an ideal oil to use in massage therapy for a post workout massage.
Volume - 15ml
Ingredients - Lemongrass essential oil
Aromatic Description - Citrus, herbaceous, smoky
Therapeutic Use - Post workout massage, skin toning
Aromatic Use - Use three to four drops in your aroma diffuser
Topical Use - Dilute in coconut oil or a carrier oil for a massage.
Cleaning - Not generally used for cleaning.
