Best Of The Bone Bone Broth Concentrate Original is a rich, savoury beef bone broth made from 100% grass-fed and finished Australian and New Zealand beef bones and marrow. The whole bones are slowly simmered and concentrated to create a convenient, spoonable broth containing 33% collagen protein.

Unlike ready-to-drink broth, this concentrated format lets you prepare as much or as little as you need. Simply dissolve a heaped teaspoon in hot water for a warming cup of beef bone broth, or add it directly to soups, casseroles, curries, sauces, gravies and other savoury dishes.

It also makes an easy stock replacement. Use one to two teaspoons per cup of liquid to add the characteristic richness of slowly simmered beef bones and marrow to your cooking.

Made with just beef bone and marrow concentrate and sea salt, the Original contains no fillers, added flavours or preservatives. One 390g jar makes up to 9.75 litres of prepared bone broth, making the concentrated format particularly handy for keeping in the fridge and using as required.
