- Warranty coverage and time frame varies across the product range.
- Any item damaged in transit will be handled by our insurance coverage. Claims need to be submitted within 48 hours of your product arriving.
- Any faulty item, where the fault is covered under the manufacturers warranty, will be repaired or replaced under the manufacturers warranty. Refunds are not issued for faulty items unless we cannot repair or replace it, as per Australian consumer guidelines.
- Shop Naturally will cover any return postage for warranty claims within 7 days of product arrival (subject to verification). After this period, it is the responsibility of the customer to return faulty items to us (after approval and the issue of an RA number).
- Accidental breakage is not covered under manufacturers warranty.
