We understand that not every product you purchase online will suit your needs. Because of this, we are happy to accept returns for many items that are unused and still with their original packaging & labels in tact simply because you changed or your mind. Some exclusions apply, so please read below. Once items are returned, you can opt to receive a gift certificate or a refund.

WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?

We can accept returns for a change of mind purchase for a variety of products in store, but there are some exceptions. Please check the following lists.

  • Lunch Boxes
  • Hair, Face, Body, Essential Oils with a factory seal
  • Lunch Bags
  • Glass Food Containers
  • Drinking Straws
  • Insulated Flasks

UNABLE TO RETURN

  • Food
  • Anything marked as Special Order
  • Any item on sale for more than 20% off
  • Hair, Face, Body, Essential Oils without a factory seal
  • Underwear & Clothing
  • Any consumable product in our Health or Food categories
  • Cleaning Products

Any item returned to us MUST be unused and have ALL original packaging and labelling in tact so we can resell the product. If you are unsure whether a product can be returned, please contact us. Any item returned to us that doesn’t meet this criteria will be returned to the customer at their shipping expense. We are always happy to take a look at photos and answer questions before you return a product.


At our discretion, we may find it appropriate to exclude certain products for change of mind returns. If you think you may want to return an item that’s not clearly defined on the list, please contact us before placing your order for clarification.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

If you return a product for a change of mind purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping costs to get the products back to us. You are also responsible to ensure it does arrive back and that it is not damaged in transit. Our packers are always happy to offer packing advice. It is not appropriate to return products to us in padded bags. They must always be returned in boxes with adequate padding between the product and the edge of the box.

RE-STOCKING FEE

If you qualified for Free Shipping on your original order and you return enough products to drop you under the Free Shipping threshold for your order, the shipping charges that would have applied to your order will be deducted from your refund.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

We don’t exchange products, but you are welcome to return for store credit and make your new purchase with the gift voucher we issue. If you want your new item quickly, you may also purchase your new item immediately and receive a refund upon return of the original purchase.

UNCLAIMED PARCELS

Any parcel returned to us from the shipping carriers as unclaimed will be processed with a $9.95 re-stocking fee and less the original shipping charges. Orders that qualified for free shipping will have their actual shipping charge calculated and deducted from the refund. Your tracking details will be in your account and emailed to you as it leaves our warehouse.

Lodge a Change Of Mind Return

Change of mind returns can be lodged within 14 days of you receiving your order. All return requests must be lodged via the form below. Please await a response before shipping your goods back.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

It’s rare, but sometimes an item may arrive damaged or faulty on arrival. All parcels are sent with tracking and insurance, so you can rest easy knowing you’re covered.


PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY FAULTY ITEMS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST. Quite often a photograph is all we need. Please contact us if there was an issue with your delivery and our customer happiness team will get back to you.

Items not as advertised

It’s rare, but sometimes an item may arrive damaged or faulty on arrival. All parcels are sent with tracking and insurance, so you can rest easy knowing you’re covered.

Allergies, sensitivities or reactions

We choose our products very carefully and disclose all ingredients. It is not uncommon for people with sensitivities to react to a variety of natural ingredients in natural and organic products. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for any opened or used product due to allergy, sensitivity, reaction or simply because you don’t like it.
