Working off the same recipe as the original protein patty we all love, Monica Topliss, gluten free chef and coeliac, has added delicious flavours to make a Thai themed flavour bomb! Taste the lemongrass, kaffir lime, black salt, coconut, lupin, chia and hemp seeds with the base of gluten free flour, flaxmeal, chickpea, vegies, herbs and nutritional yeast.
DIRECTIONS - Add 300ml of water to the packet, stir and set aside for 10 minutes to thicken. Shape in to small patties, fry and serve hot or put in the fridge to eat cold later.
