HOW TO APPLY - Apply either around the lower lashes, the upper lashes or all over the eyelid as a base for your eye shadow.
STYLE TIP - To give your eyeshadow a more vivid staying power and a more dramatic effect, choose the desired shade of pencil to cover the eyelid and then top with eyeshadow for a vivid result you won't see with just shadow alone.
