To save on shipping costs, orders can be placed online and then picked up from our warehouse in Tuggerah.
Please read the following before picking up your order:-

Our warehouse is located at Unit 1, 5a Pioneer Ave, Tuggerah 2259 (map)
Please note: entry is via the glass front door, not through the roller door at the warehouse.
Pick up times
Monday to Friday - 9:30am to 3pm
We are closed on weekends and public holidays. Pickups outside these times are strictly by appointment only.
Please wait for your email confirmation before collecting your order.
Most orders are ready within 1-2 hours of being placed, but it depends on the time of day and how busy we are. If you want an urgent pickup, please leave a comment as your place your order so we can process it quickly for you.
To protect your order not being handed over to the wrong person, we need you to bring the following with you before we can hand over your parcel.
- A printed copy of the order you placed with us OR an email copy on a phone / pda / iPad / laptop
- For first time collectors and for any order over $100, we also require photo ID with the same family name & address that you have on the order.
If you are sending someone else to collect your order, we require that you notify us via email before they come to collect the order. The email needs to come from the email address on your order. Please provide us with the name of the person collecting the order. This person will also need to show photo ID when they collect the parcel.
We reserve the right to request further identification from ANY person collecting an order to protect the original purchaser.
All orders must be paid for prior to collection. We are unable to accept payment for orders at our warehouse.
