In the middle of summer with the temperature high - the last thing you want is a pot of meat and veggies simmering on your stove top day and night... Right?

Dehydrated bone broth is a natural source of minerals extracted from bones that our bodies can easily absorb. Broth of Life bone broth has simmered for 24-48 hours and the dehydration process eliminates much of the fatty hot water taste, which allows for versatility. Drinking the broth isn't the only option - you can sprinkle it on food or add it during or after the cooking process. The possibilities are endless! This broth is made from organic grass-fed beef and organic free range chickens, along with local organic produce.

Is broth, just the same as stock?

In short - no. So, what is the difference between bone broth and stock? Stock is made with high heat and faster cooking techniques which results in a watered down liquid, lacking all the nutrients found in slow cooked broth. Store bought varieties often contain added flavour and preservatives (like MSG) which may taste lovely but are lacking in the healing properties of bone broth.
Bone broth is a much better option for you!

Does broth contain salt and pepper?

No. This has been left out so that you can season to taste yourself using a quality salt or pepper if desired.
