It is made using a combination of water, and a variety of oils, including coconut oil, palm kernel oil, olive oil, hemp oil and jojoba oil.

Whether you are traveling and like to pack light and take minimal products in your toiletry bag, or you don't want your bathroom cluttered with too many different bottles, here are 9 ways that you can use Dr Bronner's Castile Soap in the bathroom.  We are certain this liquid castile soap will very quickly become your favorite natural body wash ever!

As a face wash: place 2-3 drops on wet hands, apply to wet face and massage gently. Rise off with plenty of warm water taking care not to get any soap in your eyes

As a body wash: one small squirt into your hands and apply to body. Rinse with warm water. You can also use a wet washcloth.

As a shampoo replacement: one small squirt, worked into wet hair. Lather then rinse.

As a bubble bath replacement: Roughly 2 Tbsp Dr Bronners Castile soap in an average sized tub. Use Lavender Castile soap if you want a nice relaxing fragrance. Note it wont bubble up, but it still cleans!  Also a great product to combine with essential oils as a safe way to use essential oils in the bath

Instead of shaving cream: Face – 10 drops; Underarms – 3 drops; Legs – ½ tsp; Work to a lather in wet hands and then apply to area.  Shave then rinse.

Instead of toothpaste: 1 drop on a toothbrush. (and yes - it still tastes like soap! you have been warned)

As a hand soap: 1-2 drops on your wet hands, worth together to wash hands and then rinse off.

To clean your makeup brushes: A few drops of soap on your brushes and work into a lather. Rinse clean and allow to dry thoroughly before using again.  Try the Tea Tree Castile soap option for added antibacterial action.

To clean the shower tiles and glass: 1 Tbsp. soap in a 1 litre spray bottle with half vinegar/half water to fill the rest of the bottle. Keep this in the bathroom to clean as you shower. If you need something with a bit more power, we have a variety of option in our natural cleaning products department.
