We understand shopping online can be tough. While we take the time to hand write all our product descriptions and offer our own personal experience, sometimes customers want to know more. Others just want to speak to someone to make sure we're 'real' before placing an order. We understand that. No problem.

5. CAREFULLY RESEARCHED RANGE

Shop Naturally's owner Joanne Musgrave lives the lifestyle the shop promotes.

As a sufferer of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) and Multiple Chemical Sensitivities (MCS), the range has been developed for those like her, needing and/or wanting to rid harmful toxins from their lives.

Regular guidance & advice is sought from consulting Central Coast Naturopath Julie McNab to ensure we're informed of common dangers and any new threats as they arise.

While we've seen other online stores list every product in a supplier's catalogue, we simply don't do that. We care more about our customers welbeing than our bottom line. We carefully research, hand select and test new products before they make it on to the store.

Testing the food and the chocolate is hard work and there's always plenty of staff on hand to assist.

6. TRY BEFORE YOU BUY - step in to our virtual showroom

We get a limited number of sample sachets from suppliers, but this isn't enough to satisfy the curiosity & concerns of our customers, so we make our own!

In July 2012, we purchased a giant box of sample pots and bottles and started to make our own samples. For a small charge (simply to cover costs and to stop people taking advantage of something for 'free'), you can try almost anything we can squeeze or spoon in to a sample pot.

If you want to sample something not in our samples category, please contact us. Since we have over 600 products to make available, we're not quite finished yet.

7. SHOWROOM & ORDER PICK-UPS - come say hi !

Order pick-ups are available Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm.

Simply place your order online and we'll let you know when it's ready to pick up - usually within an hour of placing your order.

Our showroom is open to the public each Thursday from 12 noon to 2pm (or by appointment outside this time). Talk to the customer service team, touch & feel a product before you buy or sample any number of our Hair, Face & Body testers on display, including the complete range of Inika Mineral Makeup.

We don't handle cash or eftpos sales on site, but we're happy to process credit card orders for you right in the showroom.

8. WE GIVE BACK - to our customers AND the community

At Shop Naturally we have a regular & active charity program in place, focusing on children without food, water or education.

We make regular monthly contributions to The School of St Jude in Tanzania (run by an Aussie), to World Vision and we help entrepeneurs in third world countries through microlending organisation Kiva.

At a local level, through parent business Sparrowdog Enterprises, we sponsor more than one local surf lifesaving club in our area (through donations of money and as patrolling members), community radio, the Gosford Regional Show and a handful of up and coming amateur athletes. Read more >
