As well as using sunscreen it is always important to wear protective clothing, a hat and sunglasses and to try and avoid over exposure to the sun, especially between 10am-2pm (and in daylight savings between 11am-3pm).

I love this sunscreen. It doesn't have that lingering smell that most commercial brands of sunscreen have. A little bit of this product goes a long way. While it takes a little longer to rub in than the typical white liquidy stuff you buy from the supermarket or chemist, this sunscreen has great moisturising qualities and is a permanent fixture in my beach bag. Take time to run this product in properly and you'll love it.

This product also comes in a handy 50gram purse size for use while you're out and about or for top ups at the beach. My naturopath is a surfer, and she uses this product all the time, which is how I found out about it originally.
