| LAST ORDERS BEFORE CHRISTMAS
Any order that you want processed before Christmas must be in by noon on Monday 21st December (Eastern Daylight Savings Time). All orders will be dispatched on Monday. We do not guarantee delivery before Christmas, but we highly recommend you choose an Australia Post Express Satchel.
CHRISTMAS TRADING HOURS
We will be closing the phones on Monday 21st at 12 noon. Email enquiries will be answered after this time during standard business hours. We will not be available on public holidays. If you need a tracking number for a parcel prior to Christmas, please don't leave it until the last minute. Email through a request for a tracking number and we'll email the details to you.
The shop is still open 24/7 for orders. Any orders placed between 12 noon Monday 21st December and Sunday 3rd January will be processed and sent out on Monday 4th January. The couriers all take a week earned rest between Christmas & New Year, so we will too !!
We will be back on board Monday 4th January for phone enquiries & order processing.
