Not all locations have their set up complete in our system. If you need the option of Express Post for your location and it's not offered to you, please contact us so we can set it up for you.

Note: the per kg charge is calculated on the first kilo as well as all subsequent kg or part therof. High charges are due to many parcels travelling via air instead of road. This is unavoidable and is being passed on at cost price..

Parcels over 20kg either need to be split on to two smaller orders, or shipping charges will be calculated and charged after your order is placed.

How are parcels delivered?
All parcels are sent via Australia Post eParcel. All prices include tracking & insurance. Your tracking number will be emailed to you as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

If you are not home for delivery, a calling card will be left (unless you have given an Authority To Leave). You will have 10 days to collect the parcel from your nearest post office.

After 10 days, the parcel will be returned to us. We will process a refund, less your original postage fees and less $11.50 (which is the returned parcel fee from Australia Post's eParcel service).

How quickly do parcels leave the warehouse?
Express Post orders placed before 2pm AEST will leave our warehouse the same day. Regular delivery parcels usually leave been 24-48 hours from when the order is placed. Short delays do arise from time to time.

What's in stock?
ALL products in our store have real stock control unless they are specifically marked otherwise. If the shop lets you order it, we have it in stock. We do not have a back-order system, but we welcome enquiries on when products will be available to purchase again.

What's the approx. delivery time?
Parcels are sent from the 2250 postcode. Check www.auspost.com.au for delivery times for your area. Parcels are packed and despatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days, however, most parcels leave our warehouse the day after you place your order. Delays can occur during busy period, Christmas, Back to School and other major events and public holidays.

Authority to Leave
If you leave a comment that it's ok to leave your parcel, we will leave a note on your parcel. By doing this, you accept all responsiblity for any parcel that goes missing. Once we have confirmation from the eParcel system that your parcel was left at your address, our liability and insurance coverage ends. We also cannot be responsible for errors with parcels being left at the wrong address. Choose this option at your own risk.

How is the weight calculated?
Each product in our store has the weight listed against it for calculation through the checkout. Many things are taken in to consideration when adding the weight of a product, including the weight of the container & packaging plus the weight of the box and other packaging material we need to put around it to get it to you safely. Also note that cubic weight (the size of a product) is also taken in to consideration. Something large & light that only weighs 250g may have a cubic weight of 500g, and these items are charged at their cubic weight. The weight printed on the label on your parcel is the physical weight of the item, but may not be the final weight the parcel is charged at as it goes through to Australia Post.

International Orders
International orders are currently not available. We only ship to addresses within Australia.
