What's In Stock?

ALL products in our store have real stock control unless they are specifically marked otherwise. If the shop lets you order it, we have it in stock. We do not have a back-order system, but we welcome enquiries on when products will be available to purchase again.

What's the approx. delivery time?

Most parcels leave our warehouse between 1 & 3 days after your order is placed. Delivery times after the parcel leaves our warehouse are approx. 5 days for deliveries to NT, Perth, SA and around 3 days for TAS, QLD & regional areas of Australia. 1-2 days for other areas. (Check with www.fastway.com.au and/or www.auspost.com.au for more specific information)

Please make all delivery enquiries via email on our contact page and include your order number for a prompt reply.

Please include your phone number when placing an order. If the courier has your phone number and you're not home, redelivery is a lot quicker. Otherwise, expect delays if you are not home on the first delivery.

Standard Delivery Charges - Australian Orders

Standard shipping charges are calculated by weight only and are the same price across the whole country. The more you buy, the cheaper the postage gets.

The delivery method is our choice, whatever is most economical, and is either Fastway Couriers or Australia Post regular service (read below). For small parcels under 500g, regular AusPost satchels are available for $5.70. Restrictions apply on what we can put in a satchel, read the Express Post section below for details.

SENDING VIA COURIER
If you live in the following areas, your parcel will automatically be sent via Courier
Exclusions: some outer suburbs of these regions & all PO Boxes.

• Sydney, Central Coast NSW, Newcastle, Musswellbrook, Cessnock, Maitland
• NSW North Coast - Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Northern Rivers area
• NSW South Coast down as far as Ulladulla
• Canberra
• Albury/Wodonga
• Melbourne, Bendigo, Geelong
• Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba

For an additional fee, we are able to upgrade any parcel outside this area to courier delivery. Please contact us for a quote.

SENDING VIA AUSTRALIA POST
Anything outside the courier area will be sent via Australia Post. If you would like to know how your parcel will be sent before placing your order, please contact us. We are unable to send the following parcels via courer:-

• Anything to a PO Box in Australia
• Any international order

Australia Post parcels are not sent registered post unless you specifically request it. Charges apply. We do not take resposibility for lost parcels sent via regular post. If you think you fall within the Australia Post delivery area and you want your parcel registered, PLEASE ASK for a quote.

TRACKING NUMBERS
All parcels sent via courier will have a tracking number. Parcels sent via Australia Post will not. If you think your parcel may be sent by Australia Post and you want it Registered and/or insured, please contact us before placing your order.

Depending on the order total and your location, we may be nice and upgrade you for free, otherwise, you will be given the opportunity to upgrade your postage to Registered Post for $2.75. Insurance above $100 is extra. We do not accept responsibility for unregistered parcels sent via Australia Post.

Express Post satchels (& regular 500g satchels)

Express Post satchels available as a delivery method and are charged at the cost price of the satchel. If you choose an Express Post satchel as your delivery method, your parcel will be given packing priority in the warehouse. The parcel will leave within 48 hours of you placing your order, but usually sooner. The only time this won't happen is if you choose the wrong size satchel and you don't respond to our emails.

Which Express Post satchel size should I choose?

• 500g satchels are 200mm x 353mm (both Express & Regular)
  NO glass or Foogo products. No water bottles over 500ml in size.
• 3kg satchels are 310mm x 405mm
  NO glass products. No more than 2 water bottles plus their sports lids
• 5kg satchels are 435mm x 510mm
  No more than 6 water bottles - less if you have purchased accessories.

If you are unsure, please ask us for advice on which satchel to choose BEFORE placing your order. If you choose a satchel size that's not suitable for your order, you will be required to upgrade and it will delay your order.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

If you leave a comment that it's ok to leave your parcel, we will leave a note on your parcel. By doing this, you accept all responsiblity for any parcel that goes missing.

ORDERS BETWEEN 20kg & 25kg

Australia Post has a strict 20kg limit on parcels. If you place an order over 20kg and we have to send your parcel via Australia Post, additional charges may apply for splitting your shipment in to two parcels or upgrading to a courier. If you are not happy with the additional shipping charges you will be given the opportunity to cancel the order and obtain a full refund.

ORDERS OVER 25KG

Fastway Couriers have a 25kg limit on parcels. Our shop will not let you place an order any larger than 25kg. If you want to order more than 25kg, you will need to place 2 orders with us.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not ship orders overseas.
