To save on shipping costs, orders can picked up from our warehouse in Tuggerah. Please read the following carefully before picking up your order:-

PICKUP LOCATION
Our warehouse is located at Unit 1, 5a Pioneer Ave, Tuggerah 2259 (map)

Please note: entry is via the glass front door, not through the roller door at the warehouse.

PICKUP TIMES
Pick-ups are available between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please wait for your email confirmation before collecting your order.

Most orders are ready within 1 hour. If you place your order after 4pm, it can take up to 2 business hours. We will send you an email when it's ready for collection. If you need your order quickly, please call us so we can prioritise the picking of your order.

IDENTIFICATION
To protect your order being handed over to the wrong person, we need you to bring the following with you before we can hand over your parcel.

1. A printed copy of the order you placed with us OR an email copy on a phone / pda / iPad / laptop
2. For first time collectors and for any order over $100, we also require photo ID with the same family name & address that you have on the order.

If you are sending someone else to collect your order, we require that you notify us via email before they come to collect the order. The email needs to come from the email address on your order. Please provide us with the name of the person collecting the order. This person will also need to show photo ID when they collect the parcel.

We reserve the right to request further identification from ANY person collecting an order.

ORDER PAYMENT
We DO NOT accept payment for orders at our warehouse. All orders must be paid for online before you collect them. Credit Card & PayPal orders have the funds released to us immediately. Direct Deposit orders, whether made directly in to our bank account or through PayPal will be released when the funds are cleared in to our bank account. Expect a 3-5 day delay for the payment to be sent to us.
