The Nalgene Grip 'n' Gulp is just for the kids. The lid is soft grip so it's easy to get on and off and there are curved indents in the bottle to make it easy for little hands to hold it. The lid/ mouthpiece is all one piece, so you can't lose any of it and the replacements for the inner silicone sipper are available for purchase.

This sippy cup shares the same wide mouth thread as the rest of the Nalgene wide mouth range, so when they outgrow the sippy spout, simply purchase a screw lid and keep using the bottle. Note: while the bottle is spill-proof, like all sippy cups, it's not leak-proof for transport. You can make the bottle leak-proof by purchasing a standard Nalgene wide mouth screw cap.

The lid can be interchanged with any Nalgene water bottle with a wide mouth 63mm opening. If you have a kid that wants more than 355ml in a sippy cup, you can screw this lid on to the 500ml or even the 1 litre wide mouth bottles.
