Post-Sales Customer Enquiry

Our customer service hotline is open from 10am to 12 noon, Monday to Friday. Outside these times, our staff are working down on the warehouse floor to ensure your parcels are promptly shipped each day.

* Currently, our customer service hotline is unattended while I work from my home office to recover from a severe viral infection, the partial loss of my voice and the fatigue that comes with it. All email enquiries are being handled promptly and you can request a phone call via our email enquiry form if I can’t take care of your request via email. Our warehouse is not open to the public for browsing or shopping, but local customers are more than welcome to place their orders online and pick them up from our warehouse to save on postage.

PICKUPS are available from 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends and all public holidays.
