Can I place my order over the phone?
No. As an online store, we are not set up to take phone orders. Should you feel uncomfortable using your credit card online, you can pay via Direct Deposit or we can phone you to get your credit card number.

Can I speak to someone before placing my order?
If you need to speak to us before placing an order, please fill in the enquiry form on our contact page and one of our team will call you back. To ensure speedy packing in our warehouse, staff are not always able to answer phone enquiries immediately, but we will call you back promptly.

When will my parcel be delivered?
90% of our parcels are packed and are collected for shipment the next business day after you place your order. Some parcels may take 2-3 days before leaving our warehouse. Usual delivery time is between 2 - 5 business days, depending on your location (and your distance from Sydney). Please allow up to 10 days for deliveries. How will my parcel be delivered?
We send as many parcels as we can via courier. Outside these areas, parcels are sent via Australia Post. For a thorough understanding of our shipping & delivery charges and policies, including tracking numbers, please visit the shipping charges page for further information. 80% of our parcels end up being sent via courier. You MUST be able to sign for your parcel, please keep this in mind when giving us a delivery address. Any change in delivery address will incur additional delivery fees.

Where are the stainless steel water bottles manufactured?
Unfortunately, they're not made in Australia. There are no stainless steel bottle manufacturers in Australia. We have sourced bottles from reputable companies who choose factories with ethical work conditions for their employees. To keep your money as close to home shores as possible, we have outlined the manufacturers and company headquarters of each brand of stainless steel bottle that we sell over at our Stainless Steel Water Bottles blog information site.

Are all your products natural?
We do not stock any products that are petro-chemical based. Shop Naturally are only interested in stocking brands and products that are safe for you and your whole family, which is why we have consulted with a naturopath when choosing our stock.. For more specific details about a particular brand, browse the Shop By Brand page for the further information on the manufacturer. We disclose all ingredients on our website but recommend you check with the manufacturer if you are unsure about anything.

One brand in particular that I love - Seventh Generation - openly declare their synthetic preservative THT does release minute amounts of formaldeyde over time, but these trace amounts are less than what's found in a common piece of fruit and far less than those allowed by the FDA in cosmetics. That's about as unsafe as we get!

Are natural products as good as 'normal' products I buy at the supermarket or department store?
There are great products and dud one everywhere. The majority of the products listed at Shop Naturally Healthy Households have been personally used by myself, close friends, my naturopath or one of her patients, which is the reason they're listed in the shop.

"Word of Mouth" and personal recommendations are the greatest form of advertising there is, so to help you make an informed choice, I have taken extra time to write recommendations on the majority of the products listed at Shop Naturally Healthy Households. If I personally use the product, or if my naturopath or her patients have uses the products, there's a recommendation.

If we trial a product we're not particularly happy with, we will either remove it from sale or list our findings in the personal recommendation section so you can make your own informed choice. Our priority is to encourage repeat business, so we have no desire to sell inferior products. If you use a product you purchased on our website and don't like it, we welcome the feedback, especially if it's a product we have not used ourselves.

Why so many unscented and fragrance free products?
I have a personal preference for unscented products. I have a sensitive nose, and after living with hayfever since a teenager, the less I smell the better. Not everything in the shop is unscented. Any scented products in the shop are scented naturally, but even essential oils can get the better of some of us, so I am aiming to have Australia's best range of unscented and fragrance free natural products for sale in the one convenient online shop.

Those products that are scented but have a mild and pleasant scent will be commented on in the Personal Recommendation section as there are many scented products in our store that are very easy on the nose.
