We have over 1,500 unique products for sale online, and we keep ample stock of our range. The shop won't let you order something we don't have on the shelf*.
* The only exception to this rule is a handful of items that are specifically marked as 'SPECIAL ORDER' items at the top of the product description, such as electrical appliances, hand-made water filters and a few other large items.
Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes. If you're uncomfortable using your credit card online, you can either call us to place your order over the phone or you can place your order online and phone through your credit card number at the end of the transaction (preferred option).

We can answer any pre-sales questions, offer suggestions on suitable products and even take your order over the phone if you're having troubles placing it online.
When will my parcel be delivered?
90% of our parcels are packed and are collected for shipment the next business day after you place your order. Some parcels may take 2-3 days before leaving our warehouse. Usual delivery time is between 2 - 5 business days, depending on your location (and your distance from Sydney). Please allow up to 10 days for deliveries. Are all your products natural?
We do not stock any products that are petrochemical based. Shop Naturally are only interested in stocking brands and products that are safe for you and your whole family, which is why we have consulted with a naturopath when choosing our stock. For more specific details about a particular brand, browse the Shop By Brand page for the further information on the manufacturer. We disclose all ingredients on our website when made readily available on the manufacturers website but recommend you check with the manufacturer if you are unsure about anything.
Some brands are more natural than others. It is necessary for some products (especially skin care) to have smalls amount of preservatives in them. We have questioned several manufacturers where this applies and have received clarification about the percentage of preservatives in their products and their safety in such minute doses. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask us questions before making a purchase.
One brand in particular that we love - Seventh Generation - openly declare their synthetic preservative THT does release minute amounts of formaldehyde over time, but these trace amounts are less than what's found in a common piece of fruit and far less than those allowed by the FDA in cosmetics.
Are natural products as good as 'normal' products I buy at the supermarket or department store?
There are great products and dud one everywhere. The majority of the products listed at Shop Naturally Healthy Households have been personally used by myself, close friends, my naturopath or one of her patients, which is the reason they're listed in the shop.
"Word of Mouth" and personal recommendations are the greatest form of advertising there is, so to help you make an informed choice, I have taken extra time to write recommendations on the majority of the products listed at Shop Naturally Healthy Households. If I personally use the product, or if my naturopath or her patients have uses the products, there's a recommendation.
If we trial a product we're not particularly happy with, we will either remove it from sale or list our findings in the personal recommendation section so you can make your own informed choice. Our priority is to encourage repeat business, so we have no desire to sell inferior products. If you use a product you purchased on our website and don't like it, we welcome the feedback, especially if it's a product we have not used ourselves.
Why so many unscented and fragrance free products?
I have a personal preference for unscented products. I have a sensitive nose, and after living with hayfever since a teenager, the less I smell the better. Not everything in the shop is unscented. Any scented products in the shop are scented naturally, but even essential oils can get the better of some of us, so I am aiming to have Australia's best range of unscented and fragrance free natural products for sale in the one convenient online shop.
Those products that are scented but have a mild and pleasant scent will be commented on in the Personal Recommendation section as there are many scented products in our store that are very easy on the nose.
